OFF MARKET DIVISION
For our buyer clients, we offer access to our Off-market Division. Finding a home in this market, where we’re seeing more competition for homes than ever before, can sometimes prove frustrating. In late 2020, we came up with a comprehensive plan to get our buyer clients into homes before the competition. Today, we are the only real estate team in the country that we know of that has an Off-Market Division, dedicated to helping our clients find properties that are not listed. We’ve helped dozens of families buy homes that never hit the market and are showing new options every week. This program is offered exclusively to Jen’s clients.
BABYSITTING PROGRAM
We offer free babysitting and pet sitting to all of our clients during the time that they work with us. Inquire with Jenn Seiler to learn more about this program. Limitations apply.

SMART MOVE PROGRAM
Whether you are too busy or just find preparing for a move daunting – this program is for you. Our goal is to help you transition with ease by relieving the typical burdens that go along with moving. We offer: sorting and organizing your items, picking up of items to be donated or thrown away, coordination of contractors for repairs/updates, staging, etc. For anyone who might not have the cash to cover needed repairs or upgrades, SPG will front the cost of these projects.
